Description'I was much obliged by your letter of the 13th with the plan of the proposed increased lavatory accommodation, and have obtained the sanction of the President to communicate at once with the Office of Works asking them to carry out the work as planned by you. I have written to the Office this morning with a 4th [?] added, but has not sent your plan, supposing that they would communicate with you on the subject.. If you think I should sent your plan from here please let me know.'
