TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to F E Baxandall, Solar Physics Observatory, South Kensington, SW
Date23 April 1912
Description'Seaprate Copies of Paper on Comet Brooks.
In reply to your enquiry we find that only 150 were ordered from printers, that number having been taken as the total required. When the paper was returned is corrected proof 100 copies were asked for. Shortly afterwards an application for 150 copies was received. Not being familiar with your methods, we did not understand this ti be in addition to the 100 already applied for, but took it to be merely an amended application, as for 150 instead of 100.
Unfortunately the type is now distributed, so that further prints would necessitate re-setting. This would not be very costly as the paper is only 4 pages long.
As things stand we shall of course only charge you for 50 copies.'
