Harrison has been overwhelmed with official work and was anxious before writing to the recipient to be in any position to give her an assurance from internal evidence of the confirmation of the convincing testimony contained in her introductory letter. Harrison has now been able to do this and discusses how the recipient's letter has helped him to be able to read the ascription on the back of the painting, which Harrison has examined in 'strong sunlight'. |
