DescriptionHarrison sends sheets N, O, P, Q, with the President's authority, finally passed for press with headings altered in accordance with Hart's suggestions. At the same time Harrison sends sheets R, S, T, U, X, of which the President would like to see another revise.
With regard to the plates, Harrison is sending Hart the blocks and plates, two photogravure plates now being prepared are yet to come. Harrison sends the blocks and plates now to ask if Hart will be good enough to look at the impressions of one or two of the half-tone portraits.
