TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Mr W Haine
Date20 May 1912
Description'On Saturday next the Office of Works carpenters are going to set to work to begin the work of taking [to] pieces and removing the big central cases in the Library here, and the carpet will be taken up for this purpose on the preceding day. These cases have wired electric lighting plugs in them, and I shall be much obliged if you will arrange to send some one down here to disconnected these wires as soon as the carpet is up. I should think your man could get to work on Friday afternoon, or anyhow, the first thing on Saturday morning. The wires should be pulled quite clear and stowed under the floor.'
