Description | The Royal Society understands that the discount proposed will be charged on copies [of the Record?] only sold at the published price, and not on those supplied to Fellows at a reduced rate, and Fellows will have the privilege of obtaining the works at one third the published price. It is proposed to bind only 400 copies of each work in the first instance, retaining the balance of the edition in sheets to be bound up as required. It is also understood that the imprint on the title print of the Record and the Charter Book does not confer an exclusive right of sale on the Oxford Press. |
