DescriptionAt the meeting of Council last week they recommended that the President and Council of the Royal Society empower their representative [on the International Association of Academies] to support, and if he finds advisable, to initiate a proposal for a domicile for the Association and a central organization entitled to hold property. That if the Scientific Societies in Dublin concur in a request that one of them be admitted into the Association, their application be supported by the Royal Society.
