DescriptionHis paper on a standard measuring machine has been completely gone into by the referees, and Larmor has been authorised by the Chairman of the Physics Committee to say that there is little hope of it being considered suitable for publication in full. A short abstract for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' of about five pages would be acceptable.
