DescriptionIn reply to Abney's letter of 5 August to Sir Joseph Larmor, Harrison has been requested to say that an abstract of his full paper, if suitable, could be put in hand at once for publication in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' during the vacation. In that event the paper could be read in title at the first meeting in November.
