Title | Copy letter from John Rose Bradford, to Professor [John Graham] Kerr, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 18 October 1912 |
Description | His letter to Sir Joseph Larmor about Agar's paper has been handed to Bradford to answer. On receipt of the paper it was, on account of its size, treated as being presented for 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. If Kerr is content that it should be so regarded it can go through the regular routine for that publication. If he has a strong preference for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' he should arrange for Agar to prepare an abstract of less than half the present length of the paper. A very brief summary will be necessary even if it is intended for 'Philosphical Transactions'. |
