TitleCopy letter from Arthur Schuster, Secretary of the Royal Society to Dr L [Leonard Erskine] Hill FRS
Date12 December 1912
DescriptionThe paper by Mr Donald on Drop Formation, which was communicated by Hill, was handed to Schuster predecessor in office.
Schuster has now got two reports upon the paper and both agreee it is not suitable for publication by the Royal Society. It has, however, been suggested that the publication of the description of the instrument devised by Mr Donald might be useful, and if he agrees to write a short description of it, illustrated by two photographs only, it could be published in the Proceedings. Schuster asks Hill to approach the author about this.
