TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Sir Joseph Larmor, Secretary of the Royal Society
Date16 November 1912
Description'Paper marked for reading.
I am rather puzzled by the notes on the list of paper as marked on Thursday.
According to the meetings settled by Council in July the only meetings of the Society remaining before Christmas are next Thursday and December 5; November 28 having been expressly omitted by Council - presumably on account of its proximity to the Anniversary day in the same week. You have, however, marked some papers for November 28 including Hopkinson and (doubtfully) Harrison and Reynolds and Niven.
Shall I put down these last for next Thursday? Hopkinson and Harrison ought according to the date of reception to be read before Bousfield, and as they are otherwise ripe for publication, that will be delayed unless they are read.'
