TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to W [William] Bateson FRS
Date19 November 1912
Description'Can you manage to look at this paper and form an opinion upon it before Thursday afternoon, when we have a meeting of the Zoology Committee to consider it?
I ought to tell you that it has already been to two referees, and that their recommendations differ. In these circumstances my instructions were to send the paper to you for the third opinion, and as the paper has come back from the second reported only this morning it has been impossible to give you longer time. If you find it impossible to go through the paper in the time would you kindly send it back to me so that it may be herefor the meeting on Thursday.'
