TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor T W Arnold, 21 Cromwell Road, SW
Date30 January 1913
Description'A year or two ago you were so kind as to help us in identifying an entry in Arabic character in the Charter Book of this Society, and the recollection of your past good-nature prompts me to presume upon it with a further request.
The Royal Society last year received a number of Addresses of congratulation upon the completion of its 250th year, and these Addresses it is now proposed to print in book form. Among them are two written in Indian tongues and we are anxious to obtain a translation of these in order to get them printed. Can you help me in any way to accomplish this? If you can I shall be greatly indebted to you. Both addresses are from Indian Universities.'
