Description'Prof Bose has now sent in his revised paper on "An Automatic Method for the Investigation of Velocity of Transmission of Excitation in Mimosa!, and Mr W B Hardy, your successor in the Chair of the Physiology Committee, thinks that it should be submitted to you in the first instance for you to say whether in your opinion you consider the modifications as suggested by the Physiology Committee have been carried out.
The Committee of Papers approved of the recommendation of the Physiology Sectional Committee but also agreed that the paper should be submitted to the Botany Committee Chairman.
I enclose herewith the paper together with the correspondence relating to it.'
