Description'Paper by Mr W J Harrison on "The motion of viscous liquid due to Uniform and Periodic Motion maintained over a Segment of an Infinite Plane Boundary".
This paper was referred to Prof W McFadden Orr, and in view of his report, Sir Joseph Larmor has marked the paper for printing, but suggests that the remarks of the referee be communicated to the author for any modifications that he may wish to make, when the paper is set up in proof.
Enclose is the paper with your own remarks upon it, and a copy of the referee's report [no enclosure].
Will the Chairman please say whether he approves of the above suggestion?'
