Description'Thanks for your note of the 18th enclosing the Base Report, which at last has reached me. There seems to have been some mistake in the addressing of the previous copies, because after careful enquiry here I am assured that they have never reached us.
I showed the Report yesterday to Sir Joseph Larmor, and he read it and abserved the issued of the new series of reports with interest. I tolf him you were at work on it.'
