TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor E [Edward] A [Albert] Schafer FRS
Date1 March 1913
Description'Your letter of the 27th Feb has reached me this morning, and I am sending it at once to the Chairman of the Physiology committee. In the meantime however there is no harm in my telling you that both the papers you refer to were very fully discussed by the four members present at the meeting (one short of a quorum) with the biological Secretary of the Society, who attended the committee for the purpose (although he does not count towards a quorum) and that they were unanimous in the opinion that neither of the paper was suitable for the Royal Society. Since the meeting the resolutions taken have been agreed to by the requisite 2/3 of the whole committee.'
