Description'I have consulted the Treasurer of the Society upon your letter of the 4th inst and he concurs in your suggestion that the transfers of the securities should be carried out as they stand; but I have to point out that if any of the transfers require the execution of a deed under seal on the part of the Society much sealing cannot take place before the 24th April, when council next meets; our Statutes require that the seal of the Society may be affixed only at a meeting of the Council.'
