Description'The Royal Society to-day received from Sir David Bruce a telegram in code which your Office were so good as to transcribe as follows:-
"Has any decision been arrived at fencing destruction game no time should be lost"
With reference thereto and to Sir John Bradford's letter of the 4th instant upon the same subject, I am directed to ask you to be so good as to transmit the following message by cable to Sir David Bruce:-
"Royal Society has advised Colonial Office to adopt your proposals".'
