TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Professor J [John] S [Stanley] Gardiner FRS
Date2 April 1913
DescriptionAdverting to Gardiner's letter on the subjected of Mr Huntsman's two papers, the Royal Society has received reports on both of them from Professor Herdman. He recommends that both should be published in the Proceedings; Sir John Bradford is prepared to pass them with Gardiner's concurrence.
Mr Nuttall reporting on Goodey's paper has send in the enclosed notes [no enclosure], and is Gardiner approves they might be transferred to the author.
Shearer's paper has come back from the first referee with a favourable report and has gone to a second. Having regard to the very expensive character of this paper it would seem necessary to have a meeting of Gardiner's Committee.
