TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to Dr J [John] A [Allen] Harker FRS
Date15 April 1913
DescriptionHarrison is obliged by Harker's letter relating to the Anniversay publications of the Society. Harrison cannot understand how anyone at the Royal Society can have given Harker the answer that the point at issue had not been raised but that there was probably no objection to a Fellow buying two copies at the reduced proce; as books are available for Fellows below actual cost price on the condition that only one is supplied to each Fellow. Harrison thinks the best way of settling the matter is, if Harker is anxious to keep the second copy, he should let the Royal Society know the purpose and if there are any special circumstances. Harrison will endeavour to get sanction to an exception being made.
