TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Messrs Spense Whatley & Company
Date2 June 1913
DescriptionInstructs them to repeat their order of last year for house coal at summer prices, namely 25/8 a ton, provided that they guarantee the quality of the coal is at least as good and if possible better than the supply delivered last year. There have been very serious complaints about their supply of kitchen coal. The coal substituted to replace large quantities of dust should be the same quality of that with which the dust was delivered. The current supply hardly deserves the name coal at all.
