TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor [Joseph] Reynolds Green, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date10 June 1913
DescriptionThe paper by Professor W B Bottomley on the formation of humus, which Green communicated, has been very carefully examined, but the considered opinion is that the work described in it is not of a sufficiently definite and conclusive nature to be suitable for publication by the Royal Society. All authorities concerned think it would be better to defer publication. The paper is open to be withdrawn in these circumstances.
