DescriptionHis paper on 'Morphological studies in the benzene series. IV' has been carefully considered, and Harrison has been directed by the Chairman of the Sectional Committee to say that it is proposed to recommend the paper for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' if he can substitute some more courteous description of those who oppose any manipulation of the axial ratios, rather than 'Those who do not understand apparently the true nature of axial ratios'.
