DescriptionIn reply to his letter of 24 July, Harrison finds that Professor E H Barton's certificate was received from Mr Boys in December 1909 and was suspended for election in 1910. Since that date there have been no requests for its resuspension, but as it comes within five years of its validity limit, Harrison has resuspended it for the election next year.
