TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to [John Herbert] Parsons
Date14 October 1913
DescriptionAsks if there is anything more to be said about the Glassworkers' Cataract enquiry. At the last meeting of the Committee a report from Sir William Crookes was handed in and placed with Parsons to be used as the basis of an interim report to the Home Office. Since then Harrison has heard nothing, and supposes the Homes Office will be expecting some answer to their letter of last March.

The Committee was to meet again when the result of the enquiries, that were to be set on food by Sir Clifford Allbutt for someone to carry on the heat experiments, was known. Asks if anything is settled about this. He will remember it was left to the Chairman and Parsons to draft a letter to the Home Office when the interim report was settled.
