Description | Rix has searched the records of meetings held in June 1667, as well as a date range before and after, and has located no mention of Aubrey's specimens of water, in spite of the fact that the accounts of experiments in these meetings is fairly full. He also asks if Watts has looked at the book Rix referred him to, noting that the particulars given as 'ample', and he offers to have it copied for Watts if he wishes, at a probable cost of three or four shillings.
A postscript notes that he would be please to show him any documents if he calls any day, apart from Saturday, between 11am and 4pm. |
