TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to F W Putnam, Secretary, American Association for the Advancement of Sciences, Salem, Massachusetts, USA
Date7 January 1892
DescriptionRix asks whether the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences has a library; if so, where it is situated; and whether it has a complete run of 'Proceedings of the Royal Society'. He notes that the name of their association seems, by a clerical or printers error, to have dropped off their exchange list, though it was formally placed on the list by the Royal Society's Council as shown in a letter to them of 29 July 1887.
