TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to W J Davey, 30 Great George Street, S.W.
Date25 January 1892
DescriptionRix states that the Postal Orders were definitely sent to Davey, and they have a copy of the covering letter in their letter-book dated 18 December. He is anxious to resolve the matter as he needs the voucher for the guinea paid out, and because thefts of postal orders and cheques in the Post Office have been increasing; so, if Davey is certain they did not reach him, the matter must be investigated by the Post Office authorities.

Rix asks that he drop by for a few words if he is in the area.
