TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to F Webb, Secretary of the Institution of Electrical Engineers
Date9 June 1891
DescriptionIn answer to Webb's note, Rix explains that 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' 1889 and 1890, section A, were signed for by Francis Hughes Webb, junior, on 28 May 1890. When Mr Webb called at the Royal Society for these, he was surprised to find that they had been signed for, as he could not find them in the Library of the Institution of Electrical Engineers. Rix has heard nothing from him since he said he would make a search for them.

They send the volume for 1890, but cannot allow any claims for the previous volumes if they remain missing.
