Description'Dear Sir,
No certificate can ever be re-suspended except by order of one of the proposers. All the certificates are taken down after each election. I regard your note received this morning as equivalent to a request for resuspension and have accordingly filed it and re-suspended Mr Martin's certificate with a view to the election of 1892.
