TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Victor Horsley, 33 Seymour Street, Portman Square
Date17 July 1891
DescriptionRix explains that he has sent to blocks to be corrected, but he does not know whether the plates are ready. He explains that there was a misunderstanding, and that Mr Fleming was doing nothing when Rix believed work was progressing, as Fleming had not received the final order. Fleming has been working at them for a month now, and so they should be ready.

Rix states that if the plates are not ready, they should get a first revise of the text with woodcuts in place.
