TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Keen & Drake, 41 Bedford Row, W.C.
Date28 July 1891
Description'Dear Sirs,
I have discovered this morning that Lindfield's men are already at work upon the skylight, & have been for a day or two! This surprises me very much, as no estimate has yet been accepted by our Treasurer, and whether the work is to be done at all depends entirely upon the cost. Mr Lindfield should be made to understand that he is acting entirely at his own risk.
Yours truly
Herbert Rix'.
