TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mrs Walton, 107 London Road, St Leonards on Sea
Date11 March 1891
DescriptionRix reports that the one essential word in Walton's note of 7 March was not very legible, so he asks that she clarify if he is right in saying that it is the name Joseph Ducket. If so, he does not find the name in the register of Fellows of the Royal Society. Rix also notes that James Scott Bowerbank is one of their 'most famous Fellows' and a 'distinguished naturalist'.
