TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Kegan Paul, Trench Trübner & Company, Charing Cross Road, W.C.
Date23 November 1891
DescriptionRix has discovered that he should have receipted the enclosed form [not included], which he now returns, adding that the stamped receipt was sent on Friday.

He also highlights an apparent mistake of one pound on the enclosed account for one pound, five shillings and five pence which they deducted from the amount due to the Royal Society. Rix states that the account of 30 June was for five shillings and five pence only, and encloses the account for their inspection. He asks that they send a credit note for one pound.

A postscript notes that they can take in the Fort Rae volumes any day after December 1st, except Saturday, before 5pm.
