DescriptionThanks him for the arrangements he has made for giving facilities to the Director of the Magnetic Survey for obtaining the daily time signal. [George Walker] Walker is now in the field making observations, and Harrison will forward the Secretary's letter to him at once, and any reply from him should be received as official. The best way to communicate with him directly is via the Ordnance Survey in Southampton.
