| Description | Thanks him for his note. Is writing to Archibald Geikie to suggest either Friday of next week or one day in the following week for the Seismology Committee. Presumes it will not be too late. He offered Friday as an alternative, but preferred the earlier day, and Wednesday and Thursday are out of the question because of the Soiree.
Has received ten copies of the Actes of the International Association meeting at St Petersburg, and is sending Schuster one [no enclosures]. Asks what should be done with the others. There are not enough to go around the whole of the International Association Committee which number sixteen. Perhaps the delegates who attended will have received copies direct. |
