DescriptionAcknowledges the receipt of his letter of 3 June. There is nothing further to add to Bradford's letter of 4 October 1911, in which it was stated that the Royal Society is not responsible for the views enunciated by those making communications before it and that it is an established rule of the Royal Society never to give an opinion as a body upon any controversial subject that may arise connected with papers accepted for publication.
