TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to [George Walker] Walker, Fellow of the Royal Society, 63 Lensfield Road, Cambridge
Date23 July 1914
DescriptionHarrison will do what he can about the ship, although he is not very sanguine about it. He has written to Admiral Jackson at the Admiralty, and if he thinks there is any chance of a favourable answer an official letter shall go in to the Admiralty. Preparation must be made for them to retort that a considerable proportion of the places mentioned on Walker's list are served by a regular steamer service.
