DescriptionHas received his card authorizing for publication the paper by J C Willis in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Calls his attention to Standing Order 46 which provides that no paper exceeding 24 pages in length should be recommended to that publication. Willis is estimated to run to 35 pages. Professor Bose has this morning sent in a revised version of his paper. The Council decided that before proceeding to publication, the revised paper should be submitted to the Botany and Physiology Committees.
