Date11 December 1914
Description'At a meeting of Council yesterday the following nominations by the Technical Societies to the General Board of the National Physical Laboratory were reported; and the question of the Council's nominations to the Executive Committee was then discussed. Ultimately Council left power with the Secretaries to enter names in the Minutes as those of the Council's nominees, after further enquiry; and I have been requested to ask you in the meantime whether you have any names to suggest as the most suitable for membership of the Executive Committee.
