Description'Dr Schuster tells me you wish for official notification that the letter approved by Council on June 18 last and settled finally between you and Dr Schuster was despatched. I find that the letter with its enclosure was sent to the Prime Minister on July 29th, with a covering letter from the President, asking that the date for the reception of the deputation should stand over until the autumn.'
