Description'Mr Hardy has been through all the papers with regard to Mr Gray's paper and thinks that the communicator should have an opportunity of withdrawing it. It can therefore be withdrawn under the conditions laid down by the new Standing Order 40. You no doubt has a copy of the new Standing Orders in your possession, as they were printed as an appendix to the report of Council which was sent round to the Fellows in November last.'
