Date21 January 1915
Description'The Standing Orders provide that each Sectional Committee shall hold a meeting in January every year, "at which they shall make arrangements for their meetings during the ensuing year, and determine the procedure to be adopted in exercising the control for the Committees over the publication of papers".
The only days available for a meeting next week are Thursday the 28th, either before or after the meeting of the Society, or Friday the 29th, and I should be much obliged if you would let me know if it would be convenient to you to have a meet of your Committee on either of these days.
There are no papers for discussion.'
