Description'I have received your letter o February 2nd, and in accordance with your request will communicate it to the Council at its next meeting.
As a Fellow of the Society you have access to the Council, and I therefore feel justified in communicated to you such Minutes of the Council as refer to the appointments of the Committees on the subjects dealt with in your letter. But I have to point out that this does not entitled you to make any public references to the action of the Council.' [copies of minutes included]
