Description'Referring to your letter of
February 11th on December Hobson, as the proposer of Mr Littlewood enquiring whether it was desired that the Certificate in his favour should be re-suspended for the next ensuing election, and request a reply by December 31st.
As no directed for re-suspension was received from Professor Hobson, no action was taken in the matter. I enclose for your information a copy of the circular letter sent out.'
