TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society to Sir David Prain CMG, CIE, FRS
Date12 March 1915
Description'I have a telephone message today from Mr Drake of the India Office asking whether the name of Professor C Bryner Jones of the University College Cardiff was considered at all in connection with the appointment at Pusa.
I do not remember the name having been mentioned at all at our Committee meeting, but it is possible that is may have been considered at your preliminary informal meeting, in which case you might like to write to Mr Drake yourself privately; or if you prefer it I will send an official letter with any reply you think proper.'
