TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society to Professor Henry Edward Armstrong FRS
Date5 May 1915
Description'I have jus topened your letter of today to the President and telephoned to him its contents. He asked me to say that the constitution of the Deputation of tomorrow was settled by a Committee appointed by a meeting held on Febbruary 3rd, and he does not feel justified in making a formal addition to the Deputation without consulting others; but that the Deputation is to assemble here at 3 o'clock tomorrow for a preliminary conference before waiting on the President of the Board of Trafe, and Sir William Crookes will be very glad if you will come here at that house, when the final arrangements will be made.'
