Description'I have to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 17th instant reminding us of your meeting to be held in our rooms on June 29th. I should like to take this opportunity of asking you to arrange that this shall take place at 4.30 at the latest, as that there may be a reasonable chance of its being over by 6 o'clock when our rooms are officially closed. Your last meeting concerning at 5.30 was not over until about 7 o'clock which means that our staff of porters etc, are kept here an hour beyond their proper time of leaving.'
